1. Introduction
Welcome to Buyzo.lk. By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing from our POS terminals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login codes (OTPs) and account details.
- You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. Buyzo Rewards & Referrals
Our loyalty and affiliate programs are designed to reward our customers. The following conditions apply:
- 1 Point = Rs. 1.00 during checkout redemption.
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for raw cash.
- Points earned from a purchase that is later returned or cancelled will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
- Self-referrals or the creation of fake accounts to harvest referral points will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all points.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs. For Bank Transfers, your order will remain in a "Pending" state until a valid payment receipt is uploaded and verified by our staff. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services like Koko and Payzy may incur a 12% processing surcharge.
5. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, items may be exchanged or returned within the specified warranty or return period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as Store Credit (Loyalty Points) at your discretion.
