1. Corporate Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This platform, Buyzo.lk, is a wholly-owned and operated subsidiary of Rizwan & Son's Private Limited, a legally registered corporate entity. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "the Enterprise" refer to Buyzo.lk and its parent corporation.

By accessing our physical retail locations, utilizing our Point of Sale (POS) infrastructure, or engaging with our digital e-commerce platform, you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site and services, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Commercial Transactions & Billing Accuracy

We reserve the corporate right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event of fraudulent activity or unauthorized wholesale purchasing, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• Authorized Payment Gateways: All digital transactions are processed through PayHere. We do not hold liability for third-party processing errors. Furthermore, Rizwan & Son's Private Limited explicitly does not store consumer credit card or banking credentials.
• Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our merchandise are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without liability to you or any third-party entity.
• Advance & Split Payments: For orders involving partial upfront deposits (Credit/Advance Orders), the remaining balance must be settled in full before the physical transfer of merchandise.

4. Enterprise Loyalty Program & Credits

The Buyzo Loyalty Program is a complimentary reward system granted at the sole discretion of Rizwan & Son's Private Limited. Loyalty points hold no standalone monetary value outside of the Buyzo.lk ecosystem. We reserve the absolute right to alter reward percentages, maximum redemption limits, or terminate the loyalty program entirely without prior notice. Fraudulent accumulation of points will result in immediate account termination.

5. Telecommunications & SMS Consent

By registering a profile, executing a transaction, or providing your telecommunication details to our POS system or online platform, you explicitly consent to receive:

• Transactional SMS Updates: Automated notifications regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, and partial payment receipts.
• Commercial Campaigns: Targeted promotional broadcasts tailored to your recorded demographic parameters (e.g., language, age group). You maintain the right to opt-out of marketing communications by contacting our corporate support desk.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Rizwan & Son's Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any service or product procured from our enterprise.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
