1. Warranty Coverage
Buyzo.lk stands behind the quality of the products we sell. Our warranty exclusively covers Manufacturer Defects that occur during normal, intended use of the device within the specified warranty period stated on your original invoice.
2. Strictly No Physical Damage
Our warranty is immediately voided if the device shows any signs of mishandling. The warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Physical Damage: Drops, cracked screens, dented casings, bent frames, or broken ports.
- Liquid Damage: Water, moisture, or liquid seepage into the device (even if the device is marketed as water-resistant).
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any tampering, opening, or repair attempts made by third-party technicians.
- Software Modifications: Rooting, jailbreaking, or installing custom firmware.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or battery degradation over time.
3. Claiming the Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, you must:
- Bring the defective device to the Buyzo.lk store in Katugastota.
- Provide the original physical invoice or the digital invoice from your Buyzo account.
- Include the original box and all original accessories provided at the time of purchase.
Note: We require time to properly diagnose the device. The inspection and repair process may take between 7 to 14 working days depending on the manufacturer and availability of parts.
4. Resolution
If a valid manufacturer defect is confirmed, Buyzo.lk reserves the right to either repair the item, replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or issue a refund via Store Credit (Loyalty Points) based on the current depreciated value of the device.
