Refunds & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

At Buyzo.lk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original pristine condition, and free from physical damage.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards are included.
  • You provide the original physical or digital invoice.

2. Impact on Rewards & Points

Due to our integrated rewards ecosystem, returning an item will automatically trigger our Dual-Reversal Engine:

  • Loyalty Points: Any points earned by you (the buyer) on the returned item will be automatically deducted from your available balance.
  • Referral Points: If a friend referred you, the commission points they earned from your specific purchase will also be reversed from their account to prevent system abuse.
  • If your point balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the monetary value of the points will be deducted from your final cash refund.

3. Refund Methods

Approved refunds can be issued in the following ways, based on your preference and the original payment method:

  • Store Credit (Loyalty Points): The fastest method. The refund value is instantly credited to your Buyzo account as points for your next purchase.
  • Cash / Bank Transfer: Processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery fees, gift wrap fees, and third-party gateway surcharges (e.g., Payzy, Koko 12% fees) are strictly non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and software licensing reasons. These include: Tempered glass protectors (once applied), in-ear earphones, opened software/digital codes, and devices that have been logged into a personal cloud account (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) which cannot be removed.
